Our installers maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. We find challenging hard work, in wide-ranging conditions, rewarding and fun. We work hard as a team, with a positive attitude. Teamwork and communication are essential to the success of the company.

Here is a short list of what we do.

· Install

o Plant material

o Irrigation

o Paver patios and retaining walls

o Boulders, rock, and mulch groundcovers

o Low-voltage lighting.

o Water features.

· 3x per year maintenance of landscapes we installed (no mowing)

Basic Job Requirements:

· Punctual and reliable

· Nevada driver’s license

· Safe driving record

· Reliable transportation

· Criminal background check

· Tobacco and nicotine-free workplace

· OSHA 10 certification within two weeks of hire

· Able to drive a truck with a trailer

· Use small and heavy equipment

· Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.

· Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work in extreme weather conditions in all seasons

Starting pay is $17/hour. Experience and knowledge will increase your starting pay.

Earned paid time off and 6 paid holidays

Uniform provided

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

The crew leader does everything the landscape installer does, as well as:

·Help organize and direct the job through the day.

·Contact vendors for ordering materials and scheduling deliveries.

·Guide installers for proper installation techniques.

·Discuss the client’s project with them during installation and answer questions about their project.

Starting pay is $18/hour. Experience and knowledge will increase your starting pay.
